Conditions for discussing master’s or doctoral theses at Aswan University’s Faculty of Medicine:
-As a condition for registering a thesis (Masters/Ph.D.), approval of obtaining the scientific publication course is held on a regular basis at the Faculty of Medicine, Aswan University.
-Obtaining a scientific publication course prior to the discussion is a requirement for those who have not previously passed the course.
-Citation examination of theses prior to the formation of the judging and discussion committee for scientific theses, provided that the forms below are downloaded and filled out (a letter of approval of the supervising committee for citation examination – the doctor’s acknowledgment of handing over the thesis to examine academic integrity) + a copy of the thesis loaded on a compact disc (CD), then delivered to the Information Centre at the headquarters University in Sahary.
