The Faculty of Medicine at Aswan University was established by Presidential Decree No. 200 of 2013, with academic activities commencing in the 2013/2014 academic year.

The Faculty is committed to keeping pace with scientific and medical advancements while enhancing the services provided by Aswan University Hospitals to the city of Aswan and neighboring regions.

In pursuit of excellence, the Faculty of Medicine continuously develops its educational systems to meet quality standards and to align with the needs of students at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
