The department offers educational services to undergraduate and graduate students through lectures that are given to them, hence the department’s study seeks to find out the following:
-In order to identify the definitive host, the intermediate host, the infectious phase, the diagnostic phase, infection methods, and consequently prevention methods, it is necessary to identify the morphological characteristics of the various parasites as well as where in Egypt and around the world they spread.
-Studying these parasites’ pathogenic symptoms and clinical and laboratory infection diagnosis techniques using novel methods (serological, immunological, and biological molecular techniques).
-Modalities of treatment such as medical or surgical.
-Techniques for preventing parasite spread and building resistance.
