As part of the ongoing effort to support and facilitate medical treatment for citizens and residents of the governorate and its surroundings, the medical convoys provided by Aswan University continue under the auspices of Prof. Ayman Mahmoud Othman – President of the University, Prof. Mohamed Zaki El-Dahshouri – Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Aswan University Hospitals, and Prof. Mohamed Salah El-Din – Executive Director of Aswan University Hospitals, and under the supervision of the Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the University Hospital headed by Dr. Ahmed Qanawi, Aswan University Hospitals Administration announces the direction of patients and children who need this health and surgical care to Aswan University Hospital, Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery next Friday, November 10, 2023, to make the initial registration and prepare for the major convoy launched by the University Hospital every under the title of:
Correction of congenital malformations in children, post-traumatic deformities, external genital defects, and hand procedures.
In collaboration with the Operation Smile Foundation, the convoy provides free assessment and treatment to all patients in Aswan and Upper Egypt governorates.
