Human Anatomy and Embryology Units

The Department of Human Anatomy and Embryology includes a mortuary located at the headquarters of the New Aswan Faculty of Medicine, which contains many plasticine samples, plastic samples, and skeletons:

A complete human corpse.
Human trunk (chest, abdomen, and pelvis).
Whole heart, liver, and pelvis.
Brain samples with horizontal and vertical sections.

Plastic samples show the digestive system (liver, pancreas, stomach, and intestines).
Plastic samples show the heart and blood vessels.
Plastic samples show the respiratory system (larynx, trachea, and lungs).
Plastic samples show the urinary system (kidneys, ureters, bladder, and urethra).
Plastic samples show the reproductive system (testis, ovaries, prostate, and uterus).
Plastic samples show the nervous system (brain, cerebellum, and brain stem).
Plastic samples show the skeletal system and skeletal muscles (upper and lower extremities muscles and plastic skeletons).
