  Under the patronage of Aswan university president Prof. Ahmed Ghallab and the supervision of faculty of medicine’s vice dean of graduate studies and research Prof. Mohamed Zaky Al-Dahshoury, the first day of the training course on scientific writing and publishing was launched on Monday, 6 August 2018 under the title:

“Scientific writing: From data collection to publishing: Hands- on course”

  It is scheduled to continue until Wednesday corresponding to the 8^th of August. The course was attended by the vice president for graduate studies and research Prof. Ayman Othman, Prof. Ahmed Shukair, professor of urology in Mansoura University. The 1^st day handled the following: :

“Basic principles of statistics: Advice from clinican (part I)”

“Basic principles of statistics: Advice from clinican (part II)”

“How to test the diagnostic performance of a new diagnostic modality”
