Prof. Muhammad Zaki Al-Dahshoury – Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, and Prof. Mustafa Adam Al-Tiri – Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs inspected, today on Monday corresponding to November 15, 2021, the examination committees for the first round of the sixth year (surgery subject – second paper) for the academic year 2021/ 2020, as well as the Doctoral Examination Committee, October 2021, accompanied by Dr. Mohi El-Din Mostafa Madani – lecturer of general surgery at the Faculty of Medicine, and Dr. Khaled Abdel-Hay Mohamed – Head of the committees and lecturer of pediatrics at the Faculty of Medicine, to ensure that all precautionary and preventive measures that have been taken are implemented. The university included the examination committees announced by the World Health Organization and the Ministries of Health, Higher Education and Scientific Research to prevent the emerging coronavirus, as the faculty’s administration distributed masks to students before entering exams, as well as sterilizing them with alcohol, to ensure the safety and health of students as well as academic staff and workers during the period of exams.
Al-Dahshoury, the Dean of the Faculty, indicated that it is ensured that the preparation of halls by placing safe distances between students’ seats and clear guiding signs for entry and exit, pointing out that all necessary protective requirements were provided to sterilize and disinfect the committees before and after the exams, in addition to stressing students have to enter in sequence through the gates that have been designated for them to prevent a stampede with obligating students and observers to wear medical masks and ensuring their leaving in an orderly manner once the completion of exams.
For his part, Al-Tiri- Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs reassured the students didn’t suffer from any obstacles, as well as the comfort of the students, the attendance of all observers, committee, and control chairmen wishing them more success and progress.
