The Scientific Committee of the “Mohammad Rabie Nasser Award announces opening registration for researchers in scientific research to obtain the award of Dr. Mohamed Rabie Nasser, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Delta University for Science and Technology for 2019/2020 in the field of scientific research, supporting and encouraging from His Excellency to the distinguished researchers for their role in serving science and society and their contribution in achieving the vision of Egypt 2030, from 31/1/2019 to 30/4/2019, and in conformity with the initiative of the Republic President and the policies of the Egyptian government towards society development and attention to the Egyptian health and life.
The prizes are in the following fields:
1. The first prize in the medical sciences field will be one hundred and fifty thousand pounds and an appreciation certificate.
The second prize in the applied Sciences field will be one hundred and fifty thousand pounds and an appreciation certificate.
The third prize for young researchers in an applied research field that serves the state and contributes to achieving the vision of Egypt 2030 will be one hundred thousand pounds and an appreciation certificate
General conditions:
- The award is dedicated to the citizens of the Arab Republic of Egypt in the Egyptian governmental or non-governmental higher education institutions or research centers.
- The applicant must have a distinguished scientific production published in international scientific journals or patents with distinctive applications in solving national problems.
- The applicant has not been granted another scientific award or scientific degree from any other donor.
- The age must not exceed 45 years for the applicants for the Young Researchers Award. The candidate shall have an innovative scientific production with an effective return and published in international scientific journals or patents during the last five years (2014-2018).
- It is not permissible to apply for two prizes of the awards and may not apply to those who have already won the prize before.
