Important Statement Regarding ”Accepting Sick Leave for Faculty Students” under the following Conditions:
1-Students wishing to take sick leave must send a telegram to the following address on the same day: Aswan University, Faculty of Medicine, New Aswan Authority, Student Affairs Administration.
2- A medical report approved by a government hospital and signed with the eagle seal.
3-X-rays and analyses performed during this phase must be attached.
This refers to the academic administration’s ability to transfer students to the medical administration, which will be displayed on the Tripartite Committee for approval on all preceding.
Note: Non-compliance with the prior conditions will not be considered in the medical report, and thus the student’s sick leave will not be allowed.
