The Supreme Council of Universities (General Department of Cultural Relations – Department of International Organizations and Conferences) announces, with reference to what was received by the Secretariat of the Council from Ms. Ambassador / Deputy Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs for Scientific Research and Universities Affairs, including brochures received from the Hong Kong Research Grants Council regarding the announcement of (400) scholarships to study for a doctorate in various universities in Hong Kong for the academic year 2025/2026 for a period of three years.
Please note that the last date for accepting applications is Sunday, December 1, 2024 (12:00 noon Hong Kong time GMT + 8 hours).
