Postgraduate Studies and Research Affairs at the Faculty of Medicine, Aswan University, headed by Prof. Mustafa Adam Al-Tayri – Vice Dean for Postgraduate Studies and Research Affairs, announces holding committees of (postgraduate studies and research-scientific research ethics) on Tuesday corresponding to October 7, 2025 at 10:30 am in the meetings hall in the dean’s office at the headquarter of Aswan University Hospital and the deadline of postgraduate studies (master-doctorate):
The deadline for submitting research protocols for master’s, doctoral, and postdoctoral programs is Monday, September 29, 2025.
The deadline for submitting research protocols for postgraduate study is Monday, October 6, 2025.
Notes:
-(6) master’s protocols will be accepted according to priority handing over( handing over after the deadline will be delayed to the next month).
-(4) doctorate’s protocols will be accepted according to priority handing over( handing over after the deadline will be delayed to the next month).
-(5) posted doctorate’s protocols will be accepted according to priority handing over( handing over after the deadline will be delayed to the next month).
-Master’s and doctoral students who wish to discuss research methods with the Study Committee must wear a white coat throughout the meeting.
-Students whose protocols have been accepted must submit a soft copy to the committee members via the following email (postgraduateethicsmembers@aswu.edu.eg), and deliver a hard copy, endorsed by their supervisors, to the Postgraduate Studies Office at the Faculty’s headquarters
-Any protocols submitted after the deadline will not be approved.
