The Scientific Committee of the “Mohamed Rabie Nasser Award for Scientific Research” announces the opening of the application process for the year 2023 (sixth session), as the award is presented by Mr. And in recognition of their role in serving science and society, as well as their contribution to achieving Egypt’s Vision 2030, as they advanced in several areas:
First prize: 15000 L.E and a certificate of appreciation in the field of medical science.
Second prize: 15000 L.E and a certificate of appreciation in the field of agricultural sciences and food security.
Third prize: 15000 L.E and a certificate of appreciation in the field of applied engineering science.
Academic staff, their assistants, and researchers who wish to apply for the award must submit the application file in person to the award’s scientific committee at Delta University for Science and Technology, which is located at (International Coastal Road – Mansoura – Dakahlia), or send it via e-mail (info@rabieaward.com) by August 15, 2023, noting that the general conditions for candidature are:
-The award is meant for Egyptian individuals working in Egyptian institutions of higher education, whether governmental, private, public, or in one of the research centers, as well as specialists and workers in various state agencies and bodies. It is also possible to apply for researchers from countries other than Egypt.
-It is required that the applicant have outstanding scientific production published in internationally indexed scientific journals or patents with distinctive applications that contribute to supporting presidential initiatives to pay attention to human health, digital transformation, economic growth, and solving national problems, with environmental sustainability and food security at the forefront.
-During the five years preceding the announcement of the award, the candidate should not have received another award or degree for the same scientific production from any donor.
It is not permitted to apply for two of the stated awards, nor to apply for individuals who have previously received the award in previous sessions.
