The signing of contracts for the Bioinformatics National Network project (BioNrtMasr) between the Academy of Scientific Research and Technology and Ain Shams University as the network’s representative body and Prof.Samar Kamal Kassem, Emeritus Professor at the Faculty of Medicine, leads the study team.
As a result, the network intends to overcome technical and instructional gaps in bioinformatics science and technology, as well as the issues that these fields face. It also seeks to strengthen relationships among scientists in Egypt, whether in academic or industry circles. It also intends to organize efforts to gain access to genetic datasets on a local, regional, and international scale.
