I am honored to speak on behalf of my colleagues in the academic staff of the Department of Medical Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at Aswan University’s Faculty of Medicine.
Nobody can deny the importance of chemistry and its intricate links with other natural sciences, and we cannot, in this time of urgency, cover all of the concepts, theories, innovations, and solid scientific research that chemistry has presented to all of humanity.
We believe that the Department of Medical Biochemistry is one of the scientific academic departments in the Faculty of Medicine because it has been and continues to perform its educational mission to the best of its ability.
We are constantly working to develop plans, curricula, teaching methods, and integration with the new integrated system for undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral students.
One of the most important goals of the Department of Chemistry is to graduate scientific cadres with bachelor’s and master’s degrees who can provide a variety of services in the fields of teaching, manufacturing, scientific research, and environmental preservation as a result of their experiences in the department.
