Dr. Hussain Ali – President of the Republic of Zanzibar, welcomed the members of the medical convoy of Aswan University and honored them in the presence of the Minister of Health in Tanzania Mr.Ahmed Nasur, and the cooperated Egyptian medical teamwork.
Prof.Mohamed Zaki Al Dashoury-Dean of the Faculty of Medicine declared that we are pleased with this honor from the Tanzanian side and we dedicate this honor to the political leadership of President/Abdul Fattah Al Sisi-President of the Republic, and Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar – Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research and Acting Minister of Health, and Prof. Ayman Mahmoud Othman – President of Aswan University.
Adding H.E. this honor comes as a result of the efforts of the second international medical convoy of Aswan University in Tanzania which conducted more than (53) surgical operations and examined thousands of patients in various disciplines with providing free treatment; the convoy wasn’t only service but also educational to transfer experiences to create a medical cadre in the specialization of urology and orthopedics in the state of Tanzania.
