It is the 2nd intensive chest care unit in the level of upper Egypt after Assuit, it is equipped by state-of-the-art devices; a ventilator, monitors to measure vital signs, and a cardiopulmonary resuscitation device.
- Construction of some units of accurate specialization; thoracoscopy unit, pulmonary ultrasound, spirometry during sleeping unit and pulmonary functions unit.
