To complement the activities of the Department of Tropical Medicine and Gastroenterology, today corresponding to 31st of July 2018, the department held the second periodic scientific meeting in July 2018 in cooperation with Aswan Fever Hospital entitled “Basic Clinical Approch for Hepatology & Infections”. The meeting handled HIV “AIDS” as for:
- Causes
- Diagnosis
- Ways of protection
- Treatment
It was attended by Dr. Nader Hussein, director of Aswan Fever Hospital. The meeting was held at Aswan Fever Hospital’s headquarters and was lectured by:
- Dr. Mohamed El-Badry – chairman of tropical medicine and gastroenterology and department.
- Dr. Mohamed Gamal, assistant lecturer, department of tropical Medicine and gastroenterology.
- Dr. Mohamed Abdel Fattah, assistant lecturer, department of tropical medicine and gastroenterology.
The meeting handled some of the hospital’s cases which introduced by Dr. Amira Abdullah, resident doctor in the department
