After reviewing Law No. (49) of 1972 regulating universities in the Arab Republic of Egypt and its amendments, and taking into account the University Council’s decisions regarding “Rules for the Secondment of Academic Staff ,” the Council, chaired by Prof. Loai Saad El-Din Nasrat, Acting President of the University, decided at its session No. (155) on May 26, 2025, the following:
-The decision is valid for one month from its date or the date specified in the travel decision. The decision is considered null and void thereafter.
-A copy of the passport with the date of departure from the country must be provided within one week after travel at maximum.
-Travel will not be completed until the disclaimer is finished.
