As part of the Faculty of Medicine’s commitment to ensuring the smooth and efficient conduct of examinations, Prof. Dr. Mustafa Adam Al-Tiri, Vice Dean for Postgraduate Studies and Research, conducted an inspection tour of the postgraduate examination committees for the April 2026 session, which commenced today, Sunday, for Master’s degrees (Part I/II). The tour aimed to ensure that the examinations were proceeding smoothly and securely.
During the tour, His Excellency reviewed the work of the committees and confirmed full compliance with established regulations and procedures, thereby providing a suitable environment for students to sit their exams in a calm and orderly atmosphere.
He also monitored the regularity of the examination process, emphasizing adherence to instructions and organized procedures to ensure a conducive environment for students.
Furthermore, he verified the availability of safety measures within the committees, the implementation of all necessary precautions to safeguard students, academic staff, and administrative personnel, and the readiness of examination halls, including the provision of appropriate facilities to ensure students’ comfort.
His Excellency stressed the importance of strict adherence to all examination regulations and the need to address any unexpected challenges promptly, in order to ensure the smooth and orderly conduct of the examinations while serving the best interests of the students.
