The Council of Aswan University today discussed preparations for the first semester examinations. It discussed the plan of Aswan University to prepare for the first semester examinations, by providing well-ventilated rooms for examination committees, by taking into account the social distance of one and a half meters between each student, by wearing medical vaults at various colleges and by applying all precautionary measures in the face of the new corona virus, in the interest of safety of students, faculty members ,their assistants and all staff.
The Council approved the appointment of a number of teaching staff and their assistants to the positions of professors, assistant professor and the granting of scientific degrees.
On the sidelines of the Council, student Islam Yusuf, President of the University Students Union, presented the Union Shield to prof . Ahmed Ghalab, President of the University, in recognition of his fruitful efforts to upgrade the University and his support for student activities during the previous period and in response to the new corona virus.
