The General Administration of Cultural Relations (Department of International Organizations and Conferences) at the Supreme Council of Universities announces that, with reference to the letter received by the Council Secretariat from the Head of the Cultural Affairs and Missions Sector at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research — which enclosed a letter from the Libyan Ministry of Foreign Affairs — regarding the request submitted by the Libyan Authority for Scientific Research, affiliated with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, to invite Egyptian institutions, universities, and research centers to participate in the “Third Vaccine Forum,” organized under the auspices of the North Africa International Center for Research on Sera, Vaccines, and Genetic Diseases, scheduled to be held on April 27, 2026.
The letter from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs further indicates that there are no political objections and that the required security clearances have been duly obtained.
Those wishing to participate in the forum are kindly requested to provide their respective faculty administrations with the following information: full name, position, email address, and WhatsApp number only, in order to complete the necessary procedures and notify the Ministry of Foreign Affairs accordingly.
