In order to the effective participation in the conference of “the role of higher education institutions in promoting the African union strategy for higher education in the African continent” from 8 – 11 July 2019 in Al-Azhar international center for conferences that it was agreed with African universities union on exemption of better two researches of each university from participation fees in the conference, noting that the conference axes as follows:
