The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research announces the submitted proposal to form a committee to study the conditions of those who obtained master’s and doctoral degrees from universities and do not find a job worthy of their qualifications.
According to General-Major A.H, Secretary-General of the Council of Ministers, regarding receiving a letter by Head of the Central Agency for Organization and Administration in the same matter and concluding with:
“Commitment to the provisions of the constitution and the law when appointing at public jobs, and holders of a master’s or doctoral degree can follow the Egyptian government portal website and apply for jobs that match the qualifications they obtained if it’s announced”
