Today, corresponding to 28th March 2021, Prof. Mohamed Zaky El-Dahshoury _Faculty dean_ accompanied by Prof. Mostafa Adam Al-Tiri _ Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs_ and Dr. Ashraf Maabad _ Director of Aswan University Hospital, inspected postgraduate exams committees for master’s and Ph.D of April 2021, in order to ensure implementing all precautionary measures in exams committees according to World Health Organization and Ministries of Health, Higher Education and Scientific Research to protect against COVID 19.
Prof. Al-Dahshuri_Faculty dean_ stressed that the examinees should wear masks before entering the exam, and faculty administration carried out sterilization works and measured the temperature in order to ensure the safety the examiners as well as Academic staff and employees during exams, as well as ensuring preparing the halls by keeping safe distances Between the seats of the examiners and clear signsposts for entry and exit, providing all the necessary precautionary measures for sterilizing committees before and after the exams.
For his part, “Al-Tiri”_Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, assured the examiners’ comfort and that there are no obstacles, as well as the attendance of all observers, heads of committees and control, wishing them every success.
