General Administration for Cultural Relations (International Organizations and Conferences Administration) announces that it has received the ministry of higher education’s letter regarding the unified declaration for the fourth year 2021/2020 of the eighth five-year plan 2022/2017 for scholarships, which includes the programs. The executive committee of missions decided at its session held on 15th Dec. 2020 to approve on the amendment of some conditions of the announcement as follows:
- As for foreign missions, it has been approved to increase the applicant’s age to a maximum of 33 at the date of the announcement. There is no exception.
- The required language level for all types of delegation (external mission – joint supervision – collection of pre-doctoral academic material- master) is 6.5 score for ILETS or its equivalent.
- The required language level for post-doctoral scientific missions is 6 score for ILETS or its equivalent.
