The Department of Postgraduate Studies and Research at the Faculty of Medicine, Aswan, headed by Prof. Mustafa Adam Al-Tairi, Vice Dean for Postgraduate Studies and Research, announces that the Postgraduate Studies and Research Committee and Scientific Research Ethics Committee will convene today, Monday, April 7, 2025, at 10:30 a.m., at the Dean’s Office at Aswan University Hospital. The deadline for postgraduate students (Master’s and PhD) is:
Those who want to propose research procedures must submit their papers by Monday, March 24, 2025.
Those seeking to submit their postgraduate thesis papers must do so by Sunday, April 6, 2025.
Notes:
(4) Master’s degree protocols will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis (otherwise, they will be postponed to the next month).
(3) Doctoral degree protocols will be accepted on a first-served basis (otherwise, they will be postponed to the next month).
Applicants for protocols must adhere to the form prepared by the Graduate Studies Department and follow the instructions provided, which can be accessed by clicking here.
Students whose protocols are accepted must send an electronic copy to the committee members via the following email:
(postgraduateethicsmembers@aswu.edu.eg) and a paper copy certified by their supervisors to the Graduate Studies Office at the faculty headquarters.
Any papers submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
