Those aiming to submit research protocols must do so by Monday, November 25, 2024.
Those aiming to submit postgraduate subjects must do so by Monday, December 2, 2024.
Notes:
(4) Master’s protocols will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis; otherwise, they will be carried over to the following month.
(3) Doctoral protocols will be accepted first-come, first served (otherwise, they will be carried over to the following month).
Applicants for protocols must follow the guidelines on the form created by the Postgraduate Studies Department, which can be downloaded by clicking here.
Students whose protocols are accepted must send an electronic copy to the committee members via the following email:
(postgraduate ethics members@aswu.edu.eg) and also send a paper copy certified by the supervisors to the Graduate Studies Office at the college headquarters.
No topics submitted after the specified deadline will be considered.
