The Department of Postgraduate Studies and Research at the Faculty of Medicine, Aswan, led by Prof. Mustafa Adam Al-Tayri, Vice Dean of the Faculty for Postgraduate Studies and Research, announces that the Postgraduate Studies and Research (Scientific Research Ethics) Committees will be held on Tuesday, September 3, 2024, at exactly ten o’clock in the morning in the Dean’s Office at the headquarters of Aswan University Hospital and that the last date for postgraduate students (Master’s – Doctorate):
Notes:
-Those intending to submit research protocols must do it by Monday, August 26, 2024.
-Those intending to submit postgraduate subjects must do it by Monday, September 2, 2024.
-Applicants for protocols must complete the form provided by the Postgraduate Studies Department and follow the requirements, which can be found by clicking here.
-Students whose protocol is accepted must send an electronic copy to the committee members via the following email (postgraduateethicsmembers@aswu.edu.eg), as well as send a paper copy approved by the supervisors to the Postgraduate Studies Office at the faculty headquarters.
-After the deadline, submissions won’t be taken into consideration.
