Prof. Mohamed Zaki El-Dashoury, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, and Prof. Mohamed Mostafa Hussein, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, have approved the results of the first-semester examinations for first-year students for the 2025/2026 academic year. They extend their best wishes for the students’ continued success and excellence.
Students who wish to access their results are kindly requested to follow the steps below:
-Access the Student Services Portal (Ibn Al-Haytham System – Aswan University) by clicking the following link.
-Enter your username (National ID number).
-Enter your password (National ID number).
-Click the “Login” button.
-A message will appear stating: “Your password has expired. You must change it.” Click “OK.”
-Enter your National ID number in the “Current Password” field.
-Then enter a new password in the “New Password” field.
-The password must meet the following requirements:
-At least 8 characters and no more than 30 characters.
-Must start with a letter.
-Must contain at least three of the following four categories:
-Uppercase letters
-Lowercase letters
-Numbers
-Special characters [!@$^*_]
-Re-enter the new password in the “Confirm Password” field, then click “Confirm.”
-A window displaying the Terms of Use will appear. Click “Agree,” then “Yes.”
-A window will appear requesting you to complete your contact information. Please enter the following:
1-Email address (must be different from your university email and will be used to recover your password if forgotten).
2-Mobile phone number (preferably a personal number with WhatsApp).
3-Last name (in English).
4-Middle name (in English).
5-First name (in English).
6-Then click “OK.”
7-You will then be directed to a new window displaying all student services. Select the “Academic Results” tab.
8- After reviewing the result, it is necessary to log out.
