The General Administration of Cultural Relations and Missions (International Organizations and Conferences Department) announces that in response to what was stated by the Head of the Cultural Affairs and Missions Sector at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research regarding the request of our embassy in Asmara for the following
«Emphasizing all educated institutions not to send invitation letters to official Eritrean bodies except through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs»
Several institutions have routinely asked Eritrean officials to attend events in Egypt before informing the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
So, if the renowned college sends invitation letters to official Eritrean bodies, please ensure that they go through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
