Announcement of the Cultural Relations Department to Academic Staff About Internal and External Conferences

Academic staff and their assistants in the faculty are reminded by the Department of Cultural Relations in the central administration of the university that all about (holding- attendance – participation – ….. etc.) of the internal or external conferences, must be sent to an administrative official three months prior to the date of the conferences’ holding so that the conference administration at the institution may accept the decision and approve conference security.

Documentation needed:
-Agreement from the faculty dean and faculty council.
– The department head’s support.
-Demand letter
– The conference’s objectives.
-Participants.
-Conferencing data
-Copies of the passports of all foreign conference attendees who will be doing an opinion poll;

-To get security approvals for attendees at external conferences, the Faculty of Medicine at Aswan University requires three (3) opinion poll forms and three (3) personal pictures of faculty members.

Note:

After the conference’s activities are complete, the department heads are asked to give the conference’s suggestions.
