Aswan University announces a “supplementary announcement in university hospitals” for its need to fill the positions of non-essential resident doctors on the third specialized degree by secondment from the various health affairs directorates for a period of three years, and it may be extended to a maximum of five years due to the severe incapacity in the two departments.
In the following specializations:
-(8) residents in anesthesia and surgical intensive care.
-(5) Neurosurgery residents.
General Terms:
-The doctor applying to occupy the above-mentioned positions must be of Egyptian nationality and a graduate of one of the Egyptian public universities and its equivalent.
-It is required to obtain a good grade at least in the general grade and a very good grade in the specialization subject.
-It is required to have completed the training period (privilege).
-It is not allowed to apply for this position for those who were previously nominated for the position of a resident doctor in another specialty at Aswan University Hospitals and to be from the 2017/2018/2019 batches.
-It is not allowed to change the wishes on the form after submitting it to the General Administration of Physicians’ Affairs at Aswan University Hospitals.
-Provide the General Administration of Physicians Affairs with explicit approval from the employer.
-The applications shall be submitted in the name of the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Chairman of the Board of Directors of University Hospitals in Aswan, on the form prepared for this at the General Administration of Physicians’ Affairs, no later than 15 days from the date of publishing the advertisement, and no applications will be accepted after this date, and attached to it the following:
Required documents:
-Graduation certificate copy.
-A copy of the certificate of material grades during the study years.
-A valid copy of the national ID card.
-Attitude to recruiting for male doctors.
-A copy of the concession period certificate.
– (4) recent personal photos.
-Birth certificate copy.
-The original approval of the employer for doctors working in the government.
In addition to the above, applicants for these positions are required to meet the conditions set forth in Law No. 49 of 1972 regulating Egyptian public universities and their equivalents, and Law No. 81 of 2016 regarding civil service and its executive regulations.
