 Under the patronage of Prof. Mohamed Zaki El-Dahshoury – Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, and Dr. Ashraf Maabed – Executive Director of Aswan University Hospitals, under the supervision of Prof. Ramadan Ghaleb – Head of the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine, the Scientific Committee of the Student Union of the Faculty of Medicine organized with the assistance of Dr. Hussein Mohamed Hussein – General Coordinator of Student Activities at the Faculty of Medicine, a training course entitled:

Teaching the Basics of Electro Cardiogram (ECG)

Which was held in the lecture hall of the outpatient clinics at the headquarters of Aswan University Hospital, over the course of Wednesday and Thursday, 25-26 May 2022.

The course was attended by Dr. Saud Al-Saghir, Lecturer of Cardiovascular Diseases at the University Hospital, and the attendance included students of the Faculty of Medicine from all batches from the first to the sixth batch the course dealt with valuable information, both the academic and practical levels, and provided a sufficient explanation on educating the basics of electrocardiogram, which raised the level of student’s awareness of the importance of the electrocardiogram, and its importance for the patient, and how to read it correctly.
