Welcome to Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology Department, Faculty of medicine, Aswan University.
I am glad to introduce brief speech about the esteemed department where it includes a selected group of physicians of the academic staff and their assistants as well as resident doctors who have the honor to introduce a specialized medical service around the clock all the week in addition to emergency service in order to serve the dignified people of Aswan.
The department adopts educational policies like training the faculty graduates and receiving Egyptian Fellowship Physicians and other different training programs under the supervision of various lecturers and assistant lecturers. It has research objectives that aim at developing scientific research. In this regard the department doctors were assigned to specialized medical centers like Magdi Yaccoub Heart Foundation and Urology & Nephrology Ghoneim Center at Mansoura.
