The directory was created to help the college’s diverse departments work together and communicate more effectively. It includes the college’s overall organizational structure, both academic and administrative, as well as the organizational structures of each department, which include independent departments.
It also provides a full description of the current jobs in order to establish each employee’s tasks and to explain what is expected of any new employee joining the department/section, as well as to evaluate performance.
