Under the patronage of Aswan university president Prof. Ahmed Ghallab, the training course on how to use and activate the activities of the Egyptian Knowledge Bank EKB kicked off on Sunday corresponding to 19th Nov. 2017. The training aims at promoting the benefit gained by the researchers from the databases and knowledge sources on EKB’s various e-portals. The course was attended by the vice president of community service and environmental development Prof. Ahmed Sayed Khalil, Prof. Abdel Hay Mohamed Ali, manger of digital library project, a selected group of academic staff, their assistants, researchers and students. The training was delivered by Dr. Mohamed Hassan Gad, the digital unit advisor in the Supreme Council of Universities, Mr. Walid Ali, training coordinator at EKB, and Mr. Mohamed El-Arabi, training coordinator at EKB..
