Today morning corresponding to 24th Oct. 2017, the 8th Monthly Scientific Day entitled “Methods of Diagnosing and Treating Various Liver Tumors” was held in Aswan university hospital under the supervision of Dr. Soha Abdel-Razek, chairman of oncology and nuclear medicine department . The event was attended by Prof. Mansour Kabbash, secretary of the medical studies sector’s committee at the Supreme Council of Universities and the former president of Aswan university, Prof. Hussein Al-Sharif, dean of the faculty of medicine, and Dr. Essam Abu Al-Majd, head of the central administration for medical and treatment affairs, and Dr. Mustafa Adam Ali, vice dean of community service and environmental development, a selected group of the faculty’s academic staff and their assistants as well as Aswan university hospitals’ physicians. The day was lectured by Dr. Suha Abdel Razek, lecturer of oncology and nuclear medicine, Dr. Muhammad Al Badri, lecturer of tropical medicine and digestive system, Dr. Ahmed Obaid, lecturer of diagnostic radiology, and Dr. Tariq Al-Zayat, scientific supervisor on the department of diagnostic radiology at Aswan university faculty of medicine.
