Aswan University Hospitals’ Distinguished Participation in the Urology Surgery Conference held in Hurghada

In support of active engagement in specialized scientific conferences, Prof. Mohamed Zaki El-Dashoury, Professor of Urology and Dean of the Faculty of Medicine at Aswan University, participated in the Urology Conference held in Hurghada from March 24 to 27, 2026. The conference witnessed broad participation from professors and physicians specializing in urology from various Egyptian universities.

 

The event was organized through a collaborative effort among the fields of urology, andrology, and obstetrics and gynecology, reflecting a model of interdisciplinary medical integration and contributing to the enhancement of healthcare quality for patients.

 

”Dr. El-Dashoury” made a distinguished and impactful contribution to the conference, taking part in a specialized scientific session on reconstructive urological surgery. During the session, he shared his expertise and highlighted the importance of advancing modern surgical techniques in this field.

 

He also emphasized the commitment of Aswan University Hospitals to maintaining a strong presence at scientific events, which fosters the exchange of expertise and contributes to elevating the scientific and professional standards of physicians. He further noted the participation of the department, represented by:
-Dr. Amr Alam, Lecturer in the Urology Department and Director of the Surgery Hospital in Aswan, who participated in a session on penile implant surgery.
-Dr. Ahmed Salah, Lecturer in the Urology Department, who delivered a scientific lecture on female urinary incontinence.

 

The conference received widespread acclaim from attendees for its excellent organization, high-level scientific content, and the presentation of constructive ideas that promote integration among various medical specialties.
