The esteemed University Council decided in its session held on January 20, 2025, headed by Prof. Loay Saad El-Din Nasrat – Acting President of Aswan University, the following:
– Approval to allow master’s and doctoral students to publish at least two research papers in one of the refereed journals issued by the university’s faculties as a condition for granting the scientific degree, or to publish research in a scientific journal classified in the databases (SCOPUS or Web of Science) as a condition for granting the academic degree, for all colleges and programs in which academic theses are written in the Arabic language.
