The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology in Aswan Medicine completes the series of monthly activities of the department, under the auspices of Prof. Ayman Mahmoud Othman – President of Aswan University, Prof. Mohamed Zaki El Dahshoury – Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Aswan University Hospitals, and Dr. Ashraf Mabad – Executive Director of Aswan University Hospitals, so that today, Thursday, February 17, 2022, the department’s scientific day activities were launched, under the supervision of Prof. Abdou Saeed Ayatollah – Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Sohag University and scientific supervisor of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Faculty of Medicine, Aswan University And Prof. Dr./ Mohamed Salah El-Din Fahmy – Head of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Aswan Medicine, organized by Mr. Dr./ Amr Shehata Abd El-Badie – Lecturer of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Aswan Medicine, where the scientific day dealt with several scientific lectures; Present with:
Dr. Ahmed Abdel-Rahim Taha – Lecturer, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Aswan Medicine, who delivered a lecture entitled:
“Safe Laparoscopic Entry for Gynecologic Surgery”
Dr. Abdul Rahman Hassan Saleh – Assistant Lecturer in the Department, who delivered a lecture entitled:
“Induction of labor”
The attendees included a group of faculty members, their assistants, and doctors in the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department at Aswan University Hospital and outside the university, among the governorate doctors and doctors of the Ministry of Health, and postgraduate students (Masters and Ph.D.).
On the sidelines of the scientific day; Dr. Nourhan Magdy, a resident physician in the department, presented the monthly technical and statistical performance evaluation of the department.
