The Faculty of Medicine’s Personnel Affairs Office announces that academic staff and their assistants must extract a recent “military service certificate” from military records and hand it over to the Faculty’s Personnel Affairs Office in Aswan New City no later than Thursday corresponding to 6/10/2022 and that is of utmost importance.
Note:
-If an academic staff member exceeds 9 years of obtaining the certificate, he shall deliver the recent certificate once to the Faculty’s Personnel Affairs Office.
-A recent certificate is extracted from the military records every 3 years until it is reached 9 years, and it is delivered each time to the Faculty’s Personnel Affairs Office.
