-Different types of laser procedures (YAG laser to repair posterior capsular opacity and argon laser to treat diabetic retinopathy).
-Follow-up and examination of cases of other departments in the hospital to which the department is called.
-Receiving all eye emergencies permanently.
-Performing all types of eye operations (cataract – glaucoma – medial and lateral strabismus – retinal surgeries – tear duct surgeries and blepharoplasty – emergency surgeries).
-Implementation of several medical convoys to provide health services to disadvantaged places.
-Teaching ophthalmology courses to fourth-year students and supervising postgraduate students.
