Aswan university president Prof. Ahmed Ghallab took part in the Sports Festival held by the faculty of physical education in cooperation with the central administration of Youth Care in the university stadium under the supervision of the deputy manager of universities’ sports union Dr. Sobhy Mohamed Hassaneen  and the union’s secretary Dr. Hesham Al Geyoushy. In the same context, Prof. Ghallab said that the festival is held in the framework of the presidential initiative “Sport is a National Security” and the State’s keenness on sports, university students’ physical fitness, and activating student’s activities via the ministry’s and the supreme council of university’s plan. The event was participated by the vice presidents of graduate studies and research and community service and environmental development Prof. Ayamn Othan and Prof. Magdi Mohamed Ali respectively, the dean of the faculty of physical education Prof. Adel Meky, a group of academic staff, their assistants, and university students.
