Since the establishment of the Cardio-thoracic Surgery Department, we have taken the responsibility of developing the department and providing it with everything that’s new all to serve patients in southern Upper Egypt, so that the department serves Aswan and Luxor people, and we have become able to deal with cardio-thoracic surgery cases that were very difficult to reach the nearest cardio-thoracic surgery center in the past, and we are still racing against time.
