
The Central Administration of Missions (General Administration of Deployment and Scientific Supervision) announces: “ the notification of Executive Committee of Scholarships’ decree to sign the undertaking of research publishing for the members of the study leave.”
Further to the letter dated 30/3/2020 containing the Executive Committee’s approval of the 11/5/2019 session to address universities, institutes, and research centers regarding completing the documents required for approving the study leave for the ones who wish that, and the delegates on personal grants, external funding or on grants from organizations, governments or entities, and submitting them to the Central Administration of Missions, collected every month, with the delegate of the dispatching entity, to examine and receive in preparation for submitting them to Executive Committee for Missions to approve the study leave.
Accordingly; we would like to inform you that the Executive Committee of Missions decided at its session of 25/5/2021 regarding the regulations of research publishing for all types of delegation, including members of study leave, according to what is shown in the attached undertaking. Students are kindly requested to sign the attached undertaking when completing the procedures in order to get the study leave. It is included in the study leave file in order to be sent to the General Administration of Missions.
