After reviewing the law no. 49 for 1972 regarding organizing Egyptian universities and its executive rule and its amendments and according to Prof. Mohammed Zaki Ali Ahmed’s, dean of the faculty of medicine, book, it was issued the decree no. 15th Oct. 2019 to appoint Prof. Mohammed Mustafa Hussin Younes, Professor of urology and nephrology at Aswan university as the vice dean of graduate studies and research for 3 years.
