It should be noted that the inauguration will be on Thursday corresponding to 12th Sep. 2019 at 8.30 am at Egypt International Exhibition Center, Al Tagamoa Al Khames (Al Manarah) with the presence of the minister of higher education and scientific research, the minister of health and population and a number of Arab and African ministers.
