Under the patronage of Aswan university president Prof. Ahmed Ghallab, the vice dean of graduate studies and research Prof. Mohamed Zaky El-Dahshoury and the general manger of Aswan university hospital Dr. Abdullah Mahmoud Al-Obaidi, a training course on epidemiological screening, epidemics and antibiotic-resistant bacteria was kicked off today corresponding to 18 Dec. 2017 and is scheduled to continue till 23rd Dec., it was held in Aswan university hospitals’intensive care units, in the presence of:
Prof. Ahmed Sayed Khalil, vice president of community service and environmental development
Prof. Mohamed Zaky El-Dahshoury, vice dean of graduate studies and research
Dr. Abdullah Mahmoud Al-Obeidi, general director of Aswan university hospitals
Dr. Hala Al-Obaidi, chairman of general internal medicine department
Dr. Emad Khaleef, chairman of clinical pathology department
Dr. Asma Osama, chairman of infection control and patient safety unit at the university hospital
It was attended by a selected group of academic staff, their assistants and the nursing staff in cooperation with Infection Control Unit, the department of clinical and chemical Pathology, the ministries of health and higher education, the Supreme Council of Universities, in addition to the Centers for Diseases Control and Prevention CDC.
