Under the patronage of Aswan governor Maj. Gen. Magdi Hegazy and Aswan university president Prof. Ahmed Ghallab, today corresponding to 11th of February 2018 the International Conference on Nephrology was launched and organized by the department of internal medicine and nephrology of Aswan university hospital in cooperation with Al-Mansoura Urology and Nephrology Center. Aswan university president Prof. Ahmed Ghallab has opened the conference in the presence of selected group of specialists in the different medical fields. He stressed on the significance of such conferences and the vital role of Aswan university hospital towards Upper Egypt’s patients.
The conference chief, chairman of internal medicine department and the manager of dialysis unit Dr. Hala Al Ebeidy said that under the leadership of Prof. Ghallb kidney department witnessed remarkable advancement stressing that the conference is a great opportunity for experience exchange. It should be noted that, the conference was attended by the vice president of graduate studies and research Prof. Ayman Othman, the vice president of community service and environmental development Prof. Ahmed Sayed Khalil, the undersecretary of the ministry of health in Aswan Dr. Ihab Hanafy, the manager of Aswan university hospital Prof. Abd Al-Allah Al-Ebeidy and selected group of specialists from the different Egyptian universities
