Under the patronage of Prof. Mohamed Zaki El-Dahshoury, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Aswan University; Prof. Ashraf Maabad, Executive Director of Aswan University Hospitals; Prof. Ramadan Ghaleb, Director of the Internal Medicine Hospital; and Prof. Ahmed Mohamed Abdel-Wareth, Head of the Department of Neurology, the Department of Neurology at Aswan University Hospitals organized a scientific symposium entitled:
“Botox in Neurological Disorders”
The symposium was held as part of the Department’s commitment to continuing medical education and keeping abreast of the latest scientific developments in the diagnosis and treatment of neurological disorders.
The symposium was held under the supervision of the scientific and organizing committee, chaired by Dr. Ahmed Shoaib, Assistant Professor of Neurology at Aswan University and Coordinator of the Event, with the participation of Dr. Jihad Moussa Mohamed, Assistant Lecturer of Neurology. The committee oversaw the scientific preparation and organization of the symposium, ensuring a distinguished scientific program that addressed the latest developments in the field.
The symposium featured a lecture delivered by Prof. Dr. Anwar Mohamed Ali, Professor of Neurology at the Faculty of Medicine, Assiut University. He reviewed the latest therapeutic applications of Botox injections in the management of various neurological disorders, as well as modern treatment protocols and established clinical practices. He also highlighted their role in improving patient outcomes and enhancing the quality of healthcare services.
The event was attended by a number of neurologists and provided an opportunity for scientific discussion, knowledge-sharing, and the exchange of expertise on the latest developments in the field. The discussions contributed to enhancing the professional competencies of medical staff and improving the quality of healthcare services provided to patients.
